Meet Gennell Bowen, AuD.

Dr. Gennell Bowen is a distinguished audiologist with over a decade of experience in vestibular and auditory care. She earned her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from Nova Southeastern University (NSU) and is a proud member of the American Academy of Audiology. Her career began in the Virgin Islands, where she served as a pediatric hearing screener. Dr. Bowen’s passion for understanding and treating complex hearing and balance disorders deepened during her studies at NSU. During such time, she spearheaded mission trips to the Virgin Islands to conduct diagnostic hearing testing and hearing aid fittings on at-risk children. These efforts significantly advanced early hearing detection and intervention, ensuring that infants and school-aged children received essential auditory care from an early age.

She specializes in diagnostic vestibular assessments, comprehensive hearing evaluations, and the fitting of hearing devices. Known for her thorough and compassionate approach, Dr. Bowen is dedicated to addressing each patient’s unique needs and preferences. Her commitment to personalized service and genuine concern for her patients’ well-being make her a trusted advocate in their hearing health journey. She uses her spare time to learn sign language, indulge in chocolate, and bake to her heart’s content.
